Description#
Function to set expression values for giotto object
Usage#
set_expression_values(
gobject,
values,
spat_unit = NULL,
feat_type = NULL,
name = "test",
provenance = NULL,
verbose = TRUE,
set_defaults = TRUE
)
Arguments#

giotto object |
|
exprObj or matrix of expression values. If NULL, then the object will be removed. |
|
spatial unit (e.g. “cell”) |
|
feature type (e.g. “rna”, “dna”, “protein”) |
|
name for the expression slot |
|
provenance information (optional) |
|
be verbose |
|
set default spat_unit and feat_type. Change to FALSE only when expression and spat_info are not expected to exist. |
